Refunds & Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to hygiene reasons, opened oral care and supplement products cannot be returned once unsealed. However:
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@darajwellness.com.
- Unopened and sealed items may be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
